DESCRIPTION:November 14th (Saturday) – “Healing your Connection w/ Nature: an Eco therapeutic Journey” w/ Gina from the Center of Expanded Consciousness. In our culture and the modern world\, there is a profound disconnection from nature. In this recurring class\, Gina will begin to heal the wound we all harbor deep down. She will get us better acquainted with nature\, deepen our understanding of the interconnectedness of all life and awaken us all to our sacred bond with earth. Through experimental activities\, crafts projects\, journaling\, discussion and more\, (depending on the topic and the time of year)\, we’ll discover firsthand how interaction with nature can enhance our own well-being and improve our own health and quality of life. Have you ever hugged a tree? Science tells us that doing so can help reduce stress\, support our immune systems and improve focus. This month\, Gina will invite us to take a closer look at the Animals and All Living Creatures\, our connection with them\, their symbolism\, animal communication and how to deepen our connection with them. If you love Animals and Life Science – this is for you! Come join us and get to know nature and yourself a little bit better. 6:30 pm to 8 pm. $13.00 per person.
