DESCRIPTION:Healing Our Connection with Nature: An Eco-therapeutic Journey w/ Gina from The Center for Expanded Consciousness \nIn our culture and the modern world\, there is a profound disconnection from nature; in this class\, we will begin to heal that wound. We’ll meet each month to get better acquainted with nature\, deepen our understanding of the interconnectedness of all life\, and awaken to our sacred bond with Earth. Through experiential activities\, craft projects\, journaling\, discussion and more (depending on the class topic\, weather\, time of year\, etc.\, we’ll discover firsthand how interaction with nature can enhance our well-being\, improving our health and quality of life. This month we’ll get back to our journey through the elements with a look at the air element. We will do some breathwork exercises as well and discuss the air element and our relationship with it. Come join us and get to know nature\, and yourself a little bit better. $13.00 p.p. 6:30 pm to 8 pm.
